Training Format and Requirements

Session Format

Each session runs approximately three hours, combining presentation with hands-on practice. Participants work individually and in small groups to practice verification techniques using example documentation provided during the session.

Sessions are scheduled to allow time for practice between meetings. Participants can review materials and apply techniques before the next session. Questions from individual practice are addressed at the start of each subsequent session.

Group Size

Training groups are limited to ensure individual attention and adequate practice opportunity. Small group size allows instructors to address specific questions and provide feedback on verification techniques.

Materials Provided

All example documentation sets, database access guides, verification checklists, and reference materials are provided during training sessions.

Prerequisites

No prior experience with property documents or legal terminology required. Basic computer literacy and internet access needed for database navigation practice.

Important Limitations

This training is strictly educational. It does not provide legal advice, investment recommendations, or evaluations of specific projects. All practice uses example documentation created for educational purposes. No review of active investment opportunities is conducted during training.

Participants learn verification skills but remain individually responsible for all investment decisions. The training teaches how to access and interpret publicly available information, not how to make investment choices or assess project viability.

Applying Your Skills

How to use verification techniques when evaluating real investment opportunities.

Systematic Approach

Apply the verification workflow learned in training: request documentation from the platform or developer, verify information in public registries, cross-reference between sources, identify discrepancies or missing information, formulate specific questions based on findings.

Asking Questions

When verification reveals missing information or inconsistencies, ask specific document-based questions. Reference the public records you checked and the discrepancy identified. Request clarification or additional documentation to resolve the issue.

Recognizing Red Flags

Incomplete documentation, refusal to provide requested records, significant discrepancies between presentations and official documents, evasive responses to specific questions, or inability to verify basic facts through public registries warrant careful consideration before proceeding.
